Itinerary
Day 1: Welcome on board il Caicco!
You will be welcomed on board il Caicco at Marina di Stabia with a special welcome toast and presentation, when your English-speaking tour manager will show you the cruise programme and answer any questions you may have. You will then be treated to a decadent three-course dinner on board, featuring locally caught fish and fresh produce.

Day 2: Discover Sorrento
After breakfast on board, we will set sail for Sorrento – a glorious coastal town that is famous for its fragrant lemons, which are used to make local limoncello. The cruise will stop at Marina Piccola in Sorrento so that you can have free time to explore the local boutique stores or sit in the sunshine soaking up the relaxed atmosphere. Lunch and dinner will be served on board, prepared specially for you by the professional on-board chef.

Day 3: Immerse yourself in the beauty of the Amalfi Coast
Bid “arrivederci” to Sorrento as today we set sail for the iconic Amalfi Coast – a stretch of landscape known for its exclusivity and overwhelming beauty. There will be a stop between Nerano and Positano so that you can enjoy swimming amongst the sea coves before the cruise stops in Positano, where you will have free time to discover the charm of this fishing village before dinner on board the ship.

Day 4: Amalfi and much more!
After breakfast on board, the cruise will depart for Amalfi, stopping along the way in Fiordo di Furore so that you can see the Emerald Grotto and again at Conca dei Marini, which is near Sophia Loren’s villa, so that you can swim in a particular beautiful cove. There will be time for lunch on board before we reach Amalfi, where you will have a free afternoon/evening to explore and enjoy dinner.

Day 5: Capri – the Pearl of the Mediterranean
Today we treat you to what will surely be a highlight of your Italy cruise with a visit to the idyllic island of Capri. But first, there will be time to bid one last “farewell” to Amalfi with a visit to the ancient Repubblica Marinara di Amalfi. The cruise will then set sail for Capri, taking you by the iconic Faraglioni rocks and stopping near Marina Piccola in Capri so that you can swim in the clear sea waters. After a relaxing afternoon, we will treat you to a decadent evening meal at an iconic Capri seafood restaurant.

Day 6: From Capri to Ischia
In the morning there will be free time to explore the island delights on Capri before the cruise sets sail for the tranquil island of Ischia, which is a true hidden gem in the Tyrrhenian Sea. The ship will stop at Casamicciola harbour and you will then be treated to an elegant dinner on board the ship, set against the backdrop of Ischia’s glorious coastline.

Day 7: Explore Ischia
In the morning of your last full day on this Italy cruise, there will be plenty of time to explore Ischia – perhaps stopping to buy gifts at one of the island’s boutique stores. We then set sail for Procida, where there will be free time for swimming before the cruise returns to Marina di Stabia, where we will spend the evening.

Day 8: Departure
And so your idyllic cruise of Italy’s south coast comes to an end. You will be able to enjoy one final breakfast on board before the crew wave you off at Marina di Stabia.
